I am a student at Westhampton Beach, can I still get a walk on pass?
Yes, (1) walk on pass per student, no car stickers will be given to students. FEE – $10 Required – WESTHAMPTON BEACH SCHOOL ID
Hotel/Bed & Breakfast Guest Beach Pass
FEES – $10 PER DAY/PER PERSON (10yrs old & over) * Hotel pass required for beach access
How much is the fine for parking in a handicapped space?
These fines are $50 to $75 for a first offense $75 to 150 for a second offense The locality can add to the amount of these fines. The law also allows police officers to tow and store illegally-parked vehicles.

Can Non-Resident Seasonal Renters (Westhampton, Remsenburg, Speonk, Quiogue) get a beach pass?
Yes, the homeowner must provide a letter to the Village giving permission to transfer the permit to the tenant. (1) Car sticker must be made available to the tenant. FEES – $975 + $3 PER PHOTO ID CARD # OF PASSES – (4) BEACH PASSES & (1) PARKING PERMIT PROOF OF RESIDENCY – DRIVER’S LICENSE & CAR REGISTRATION
